This 2022 commercial project at Golden House in Providence, Rhode Island, used CertainTeed Landmark shingles in Georgetown Grey. Commercial work on an occupied building has to be planned around the people using it, so staging, access and daily clean-down matter as much as the roof itself.
Landmark is CertainTeed's architectural shingle line, layered rather than flat, which gives a larger roof surface visible depth instead of reading as one uniform plane. Georgetown Grey is a mid-tone grey that suits a building of this scale.
