This 2022 commercial project covered a low-profile building in a busy industrial part of Warwick, Rhode Island. Buildings of this shape carry a large uninterrupted roof area, which makes drainage and the perimeter detail the two things that decide how long the roof lasts.
The finished flat roof gives the building a clean, uniform surface across its full footprint. On a working industrial site the roof also has to tolerate foot traffic for servicing rooftop equipment, so the membrane and its terminations need to be laid to take it.
